RETURNS POLICY

Fleur D’amour cannot offer refunds for floral arrangements that have already been made and delivered to the addresses provided by clients (even if the incorrect address is given). A refund can be issued for arrangements that have not yet been made, usually 24-48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Please check carefully before submitting your order. If duplicate payments are made in error, this shall be rectified by management.
